Hyper media -~you can access it anywhere, you don't need your own computer to do it.

Flat file-Relational -~Too complex to use
Hyper Media~an easier way too search
~It would have more information
~Can be updated in bits
Eg3. Personnel Records:Paper (manual)-~With a small company (2 or 3)

Flat file -~Relatively small use only
~You can end up with a lot of Redundant Data
Relational Database -~You can reduce the redundant data
~You can store lots of information and have it related
~ The best way for this circumstance
~Doesnt always have to be online
Hyper Media -~The least private among all of them.
~People's data can be stolen
~For a more private thing, Hyper Media is not a good thing.
~As it needs to maintain good security/passwords.
Encryption = You are typing on the keyboard to another ISP. It is travelling along multiple lines. The data is coded so therefore theoretically you can't read the data unless you decrypt it.DATA DICTIONARY :)Definition: A database that contains definitions of all data items defined during analysis.
